Indio Technologies, a San Francisco, CA-based insurance technology company that streamlines the business insurance application process, secured $20m in Series B funding.
The round was led by Menlo Ventures, with participation from 8VC.
The company, which has raised over $30m in total funding, intends to use the capital to continue to expand operations and its business reach.
Founded in 2016 by Adam Bratt and Mike Furlong, In 2016, Indio provides a workflow management platform that delivers a suite of web-based solutions for insurance agencies to improve their client experience and become more efficient.
Today, over 250 insurance brokerages process thousands of their business clients through the Indio platform each month.
The company, which has over 50 employees, has added Mark Costigan as VP of Finance, previously an early stage employee at Google, and Scott Bordenave as Head of Talent Acquisition, who previously held positions at Yammer and Microsoft.
