Culina Health, a New York-based provider of a personalized nutrition platform, raised USD4.75M in funding.
The round was co-led by Healthworx, the investment arm of CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Brooklyn Bridge Ventures, with additional participation by Rethink Impact, Tensility Ventures, Alpine Meridian Ventures, Knightsgate Ventures, Graham & Walker, Arkitekt Ventures, and Redo Ventures.
The company intend sto use the funds to continue to invest in product development, technology and expansion of the business.
Co-founded by Registered Dietitian Vanessa Rissetto and Steven Kuyan, Culina Health is a personalized nutrition platform that makes insurance-covered nutrition care accessible to patients to accelerate the move to better balanced life.
