Sprinklr, a NYC-based Unified Front Office for Modern Channels, acquired Nanigans’ social advertising business.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Sprinklr is acquiring Nanigans’ social advertising business including data management, predictive analytics, optimization, campaign management, and granular real-time reporting across Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Nanigans’ social advertising business will integrate with Sprinklr’s platform for customer experience management. With this deal, the acquiring company manages more than $1.5 billion of annualized ad spend across major social channels including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
Additionally, Sprinklr is adding many former Nanigans employees to the company, who will enhance Sprinklr’s performance advertising expertise and support clients worldwide.
