Scout RFP, a Cleveland, OH and San Francisco, CA-based cloud sourcing platform, raised $2.75m in seed financing.
The round was led by New Enterprise Associates (NEA), with participation from Google Ventures and Zapis Capital, and angel investors Techammer & Tim O’Shaughnessy. In conjunction with the funding, Chetan Puttagunta, Partner at NEA, will join Scout RFP’s board of directors.
The company intends to use the funds to grow the engineering team and scale the product for their enterprise customers.
Founded in 2013 by Stan Garber, President & Co-founder, Scout RFP provides a cloud-based sourcing platform that allows medium to large enterprises to track, analyze, and communicate throughout the bidding process with a single interface.
