Dizzion Raises $3.9M in Series A Funding

dizzionDizzion, Inc., a Denver, Colorado-based cloud-delivered desktop provider, raised $3.9m in Series A funding.

The round was co-led by Grotech Ventures and Access Venture Partners with participation from Point B Capital, Correlation Ventures and Service Provider Capital.

The company intends to use the funds to expand its presence in the end user computing market, which includes Virtual Desktops and Desktop as a Service (DaaS).

Led by Steve Prather, CEO, Dizzion provides companies with virtualized desktop environments that enable employees to securely access their applications and data from any device, anytime, anywhere. The company’s proprietary managed desktop service is built on enterprise technology that includes infrastructure, software licensing, management, support and security.
It serves more than 40 companies globally, including major brands like TELUS International, Delta Dental and Red Robin Restaurants. In addition to providing services directly to customers, Dizzion has nineteen reseller partners, including HOSTING, ViaWest and DTSi that bundle the technology with their core service capabilities providing customers with comprehensive outsourced IT solutions.
