BounceX Raises $31M in Growth Funding

BounceX, a NYC-based cloud behavioral marketing platform, closed a $31M growth financing round.

Backers included Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) and its original venture investors.

The company intends to use the funds to make strategic eight-figure acquisitions, expand its engineering resources, and invest in its proprietary database and device graph.

Launched in 2012 by CEO Ryan Urban, BounceX provides a cloud-based behavioral marketing platform which identifies previously anonymous visitors, enabling organizations to conduct people-based marketing campaigns and to target previously unidentifiable opportunities both on and off site.
BounceX software is used by global enterprises such as Lufthansa, Sears, Uniqlo, Hearst Properties and Comcast.
