TVSquared, an Edinburgh, UK-based campaign measurement and optimization platform for the TV advertising industry, closed a $3m funding round.
Backers included private equity fund West Coast Capital and other existing and new investors.
The company, which has now raised $5.5m in total funding, intends to use the capital expand its global presence.
Led by Calum Smeaton (founder and CEO), TVSquared provides same-day measurement and optimization platform with insights into the “who, what, when and where” of TV, brands, agencies and networks to proactively improve campaign performance. The technology is deployed at 350 brands in 46 countries.
The company, which has offices in New York, Los Angeles and London, also announced serial technology entrepreneur Chris van der Kuyl as its chairman.
