eCommera Raises $41M in Series C Funding

ecommeraeCommera, a London, UK-based provider of a global software-as-a-service (SaaS) and big data platform, raised $41m in Series C funding.

The round was led by Dawn Capital with participation from West Coast Capital, Frog Capital, ePlanet Capital, WPP and new partner Wti.

The company intends to use the funds to advance global growth of a its solution.

Founded in 2007 and led by Andrew McGregor, CEO, eCommera combines big data analytics, commerce and order management platforms to deliver a “Decision Intelligence solution” for retailers across the globe to sell across any channel and fulfil from any store or warehouse.
The company works with over 70 retailers and global brands including Asda, House of Fraser, Neiman Marcus, Brooks Brothers, Lifetime Brands, Bouclair, and Clarins across 32 countries.
In 2013, eCommera acquired OrderDynamics, a provider of order management software.

The company has offices in Asia, Europe and North America.
