The acquisition, which follows the closed of a Series B round of $38m purchase of Ironark Software (in early March), will enable Influitive to add product management and development expertise in building mobile products that help sales representatives build and manage relationships.
Led by Founder and CEO Frank Falcone, Influitive provides a personal CRM app which focus on relationships, allowing users to get relevant alerts on job changes, birthdays, news mentions, life events, articles being shared, keyword alerts etc., about the people in their network.
