iTOK, Inc., a Lehi, Utah-based provider of IT-managed services and cloud-based software solutions for individuals and small businesses, raised $18m in Series B equity financing.
The round was led by ABS Capital Partners, with participation from previous investors Signal Peak Ventures. As a result of the financing, ABS Capital general partner Laura Witt and principal Cass Gilmore will join the iTOK’s Board of Directors.
The company intends to use the funds to expand marketing efforts, research new products, and enhance existing products.
Founded in 2004 by CEO Seth Bailey and and President Sean Miller, iTOK provides consumers and businesses with IT maintenance and support services, as well as technology coaching and education. A TechCare platform and US-based trained, certified, and available 24/7 tech experts can solve member needs with a computer, mobile device, email client, printer, server, router or other tech problem.
