Signpost Raises $10M in Series B Funding

Signpost-LogoSignpost, a New York City-based provider of a cloud SMB marketing automation platform, raised an additional $10m in Series B funding.

Backers included OpenView Venture Partners, Spark Capital, Scout Ventures, and Jack Herrick. In conjunction with the funding, Dev Ittycheria, Managing Director with OpenView Venture Partners, will join Signpost’s board of directors.

The company, which has received more than $15m in capital investments to date, will use the capital to accelerate product development and go-to-market activities as well as for team building in Austin, Denver, and New York.

Founded in 2010 and led by Stuart Wall, CEO, Signpost provides SMBs with a SaaS marketing automation solution to optimize digital presence, convert customers, and automate remarketing operations across web and mobile platforms. It automatically creates and optimizes business profiles across dozens of websites and mobile apps, and automates customer conversion and remarketing to increase new and repeat sales.
It currently serves more than 10,000 businesses around the country.
