Brynwood Partners L.P., a Greenwich, CT-based lower middle market private equity firm completed the final close of its latest fund, Brynwood Partners VI L.P. with $305m of committed capital.
As stated by Hendrik J. Hartong III, Senior Managing Partner. The support came from 10 new limited partners including U.S. and international pension funds, fund-of-funds, endowments, high net worth family investment offices and financial institutions.
Brynwood VI, which has already invested in Balance Bar Company, is seeking new opportunities in companies operating in the following sectors:
(a) consumer products,
(b) light manufacturing with low capital-intensive requirements,
(c) service businesses and
(d) specialty retailing.
