Osome, a Singapore-based an online bookkeeping and accounting software provider, raised $17M in Series B funding.
The round included equity and debt from both new and existing investors.
The company intends to use the funds to strengthen the balance sheet with a key objective to accelerate the path to profitability, continuing to invest: in its product offerings, further emphasising the acceleration of automation and artificial intelligence (AI) components to serve its customer base more efficiently, as well as in marketing and customer service and accelerate its go-to-market efforts.
Led by Victor Lysenko, CEO, Konstantin Lange, COO, and CTO Anton Roslov, Osome is an online bookkeeping and accounting company that automates all the admin to allow companies to focus on growing the business. They cover all industries, with specialisation in E-commerce business.
Osome has seen commercial growth, serving over 13,000 small and medium-sized business (SMB) customers and employing over 400 staff across Singapore, Hong Kong, the UK, the Netherlands, the Philippines, and Malaysia.
