Osome, a Singapore-based provider of a financial admin platform for SMEs, raised $25M in funding.
The backers were Illuminate Financial, AFG Partners and Winter Capital.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its London team in 2023, as well as its Asia operations.
Founded by Victor Lysenko, Osome is a single platform automating small business financial admin, paired with an expert accountant for growth advice. Osome Accounting is an automated accounting platform providing tax and financial reports, expenses and invoice management and live chat to human accountants. It now integrates with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Lazada, Esty, Shopee, and others). The company serves more than 11,000 businesses across Singapore, Hong Kong and the UK. The Series B announcement comes as Singaporean bank OCBC launches a new digital partnership with Osone to give businesses a one-stop shop for their financial needs.
