Mphasis (BSE: 526299; NSE: MPHASIS), a Bangalore, India-based information technology (IT) solutions provider specializing in cloud and cognitive services, acquired Silverline, a NYC-based provider of a digital transformation consultancy and Salesforce partner.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Mphasis will reinforce its position as an end-to-end Salesforce enterprise cloud solutions and services provider, offering clients capabilities for cloud-first digital transformation.
