Kinnu Raises £5.1M in Seed Funding

Kinnu, a London, UK-based startup working to bring Generative AI to learning, raised £5.1m in seed funding.

The round was led by LocalGlobe and Cavalry Ventures with participation from Spark Capital and Jigsaw, as well as angels Tom Hulme, Guy Podjarny, and Rene Rechtman.

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its development efforts.

Co-founded by Abraham Müller, Christopher Kahler and Hanna Celina, Kinnu is advancing an AI-powered learning app, which works as a game and an online course platform. It offers content distilled and organised into commitment-free ‘pathways’ that users can choose from. Subjects include intermittent fasting, psychology, contemporary art, philosophy, history and medical breakthroughs.

Its app has over 100,000 downloads with new content dropping every week.
