Dale Ventures, a global venture capital and investment holding group headquartered in Dubai, acquired Arcadier Pte Ltd, a Singaporean e-commerce platform for online marketplaces.

Co-founded by Paul Cascun, Gary Ramsell, and Dinuke Ranasinghe, Arcadier creates a customizable system to build marketplaces, providing clients with tools for technology, development, marketing, and shipping. Arcadier Enterprise is an enterprise-grade e-commerce solution tailored specifically to the needs of large organizations and multi-brand retailers to craft customized marketplace experiences that align with their unique requirements.
The company is currently operating in over 170 countries, and, with the backing of Dale Ventures, aims to accelerate global growth.
