Slice Group, a Jakarta, Indonesia-based developer of creator management tools for the creator economy, raised US$645K in Seed funding.
The round was led by Intudo Ventures and Arise.
The company intends to use the funds to refine its product offerings, accelerate platform development, drive sales, and enhance recruitment efforts.
Led by CEO Jesse Bouman, and COO Nesha Hanzdima, Slice is a creator management solution that helps agencies and brands manage creator relationships. Their integrated CRM platform simplifies reporting, payments, and relationships for sponsored brand content. By working with it, content creators can unlock brand deal opportunities, transition to become full-time creators through income streams, and position creators to launch their own brands. The company offers a wide range of targeted features for brands and agencies, designed to streamline creator management with automated and customized products and services. Features include automated reporting, creator discovery, and payment distribution.
The company plans to build out embedded finance features for both brands/agencies and content creators within the platform, including invoice financing for agencies to offer invoice loans for agencies to manage cash flow and help creators get paid faster; and a digital wallet for brands, agencies, and creators to facilitate payments and track financial transaction history.
