Cloud Coach, a Fort Collins, Colorado-based vendor of enterprise automation solutions, received an investment from Main Capital Partners.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. Post-acquisition, Cloud Coach will operate from a base in Fort Collins, Colorado.
The company intends to use the funds for the expansion of its product offering and continued international expansion into the North American and European markets. This combination of organic and inorganic growth initiatives will enable the firm to expand its value proposition for existing and new customers.
Led by CEO Heather Cooper and founder Peter Lee, Cloud Coach provides enterprise-grade project management, professional services automation (PSA), and project portfolio management (PPM) software. The solution is built on Salesforce servicing organizations of all shapes and sizes. The company serves customers globally across technology, healthcare, food & beverage, energy, and professional services. They include McCormick & Company, Athenahealth and Hostess Brands.
