Uniify, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based provider of a platform to automate financial customer onboarding, raised €3m in seed funding.
The round was led by People Ventures, Forward VC, and Spring Capital with participation from public.com founders Jannick Malling and Leif Abraham, as well as the founder of Vivino Heini Zachariassen.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach internationally.
Founded by Martin Sando Jensen, Niclas Adegnika and Troels Burmølle, Uniify provides a one-stop platform that makes it fast, easy and secure for financial companies to collect data on their customers, saving business time and money, and onboarding customers in minutes instead of months. Users can connect all different sources, create custom onboarding forms and combine them into dynamic onboarding flows. They can easily and securely maintain, edit and adjust flows, and get customers onboarded faster.
