Sana Raises $34M in Series B

Sana, a Stockholm, Sweden-based provider of an AI-powered learning platform, raised $34M in Series B funding.

The round was led by Menlo Ventures with participation from EQT Venture. Menlo Ventures’ partner JP Sanday joined the board as part of this round.

The company intends to use the funds to extend its product development and expand its team across Stockholm, London, and New York offices.

Led by Joel Hellermark, founder and CEO, Sana is an AI-powered learning platform that empowers organizations to find, share, and harness the knowledge they need to achieve their missions. Its AI-powered semantic search empowers employees to get the knowledge they need from anywhere in their organization. The platform connects and indexes tools like Slack, Salesforce, Notion, LinkedIn Learning, and Google Workplace to provide employees with automatically generated answers in natural language and the organizations to decrease onboarding time, improve sales efficiency, and grow and retain top talent.
