PepTalk, a Dublin, Ireland-based provider of a Team Experience (TX) platform, raised $6.3M in funding.
The round was led by Venture Wave Capital.
The company, which is also supported by Enterprise Ireland and Haatch, intends to use the funds to scale the company in the U.S. with CEO, James Brogan, relocating to their newly opened New York office to serve North American customers.
PepTalk provides a Team experience (TX) platform that enables managers and their teams to connect, engage and perform at their best at work. The platform leverages behavioral psychology and combines data analytics and action programs to deliver improvements in employee engagement, manager effectiveness and team performance. The company, which works with a variety of domestic and multinational corporations such as Verizon, PayPal and Northern Trust, currently has 23 full-time employees, with offices in Dublin, London, and now the new office in New York City.
They expect to double growth over the next 12 months and hire 12 additional members across sales, marketing, and technology.
