Dovetail, an Atlanta, GA-based new innovative software for interior designers and contractors, closed a USD700K pre-seed funding round.
The round was led by Lake County Technologies.
Led by co-founder and CEO Dana Lynch, Dovetail is a Saas startup developing interior specification software for interior designers and contractors to simplify the interior finish specification process.
The platform offers the ability for users to curate his/her own finish library, utilize the smart product and project fields that are unique and relevant to each specific use case, and export PDF project specs by trade, room, vendor, etc.
Dana Lynch Design, an Atlanta-based interior design firm focused on turn-key interior design solutions for contractors, developed Dovetail. The Dana Lynch Design team has used the application to design over 800 homes.
Early adopters are now using Dovetail and the company anticipates offering Studio level plans starting in late Summer 2022.
