Confluence Technologies, Inc., a Pittsburgh, PA-based technology solutions provider, is to acquire Investment Metrics, a Norwalk, Connecticut-based provider of investment data, performance, analytics and research software solutions, for US$500m.
This acquisition – which is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2021 – advances Confluence’s portfolio analytics offering and expands its reach into the asset owner and asset allocator markets.
