Bleexo, a Toulouse, France-based provider of an HR tech platform, raised €1.5m in funding.
Backers included M Capital, Techmind, Paris Business Angels and angels Didier Boullery and Thibault Poutrel-Alderville.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its position in the French market, to pursue its technological development as well as its international presence.
Led by Stéphane Waller, CEO, and Sylvain Lapendry, CTO, Bleexo provides 360 feedbacks, real-time employee surveys, manager coaching, “à la carte” surveying, and recognition, to help users improve collaboration and employee engagement, deploying QWL, accelerate transformations, strengthen social engagement and follow the employee experience throughout a career to understand why some employees are on board while others remain on the dock.
Customers include almost 150 companies including MAIF, Celio, Vinci, Crédit Agricole, Essec and Accor Invest, as well as many startups including Alma, PennylPrestaShop and public bodies (iMSA).
