Experlogix Acquires Xpertdoc Technologies

Experlogix, a South Jordan, Utah-based provider of cloud-based CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) software, acquired Xpertdoc Technologies, a Terrebonne, QC, Canada-based provider of document generation and automation solutions.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

Led by Richard Brossoit, CEO, Xpertdoc is a global leader in document generation and document automation solutions enabling organizations to digitally transform their document-centric processes and empowering business users, by simplifying, optimizing and automating the creation, generation, management, delivery, storage and e-signature of documents.

The addition of Xpertdoc to Experlogix will further enhance its CPQ position by providing document automation capabilities to new and existing customers. Both companies offer integration to leading CRM and ERP platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce.

Led by Bill Fox, CEO, Experlogix is a provider of cloud-based CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) software which allow companies to sell complex configurable products and services. The company integrates with CRM and ERP platforms to accelerate quote-to-case processes.

Experlogix has hundreds of customers worldwide in a variety of industries, including: Allegion, Aristocrat Technologies Ascom, Assa Abloy, Heineken, Jayco, Larson Juhl, Lexmark, Libbey, Malibu Boats, Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Nikon Instruments Europe, Okuma America Corporation, Otis Elevator, Permobil, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toyota Industries, and Zurn Industries.
