Xpertdoc Technologies Inc., a Montreal, Canada-based Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in customer communications management solutions (CCM), secured CAD $2.285m (US $1.725m) in mezzanine financing.
BDC Capital, a wholly owned subsidiary of Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC), provided the funding.
BDC Capital’s financing enabled Xpertdoc to invest $500k in the construction of a new building designed to support their growth objectives, as well as attract and retain the best IT professionals.
Led by Francis Dion, CEO and founder, Xpertdoc is a global software company that provides document generation and customer communications management (CCM) solutions. The company, a Microsoft Gold Partner and certified ISO/IEC 27001:2013 compliant for information security, streamlines web and mobile self-service intake as well as document creation and management processes throughout every customer touch point.
