Appdetex, a Boise, ID-based global brand protection leader and expert in online detection, assessment, and enforcement of online infringements, raised $12.2m in Series C financing.
The round was led by Baird Capital with participation from existing investors First Analysis, Origin Ventures, and EPIC Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to enhance its patented technologies and grow its sales and service teams.
Led by CEO Faisal Shah, Appdetex is in the business of solving business problems related to digital risks. With deep roots in intellectual property law, and applying technical innovation to securing brands, the company is dedicated to brand protection professionals’ success and serves some of the world’s largest brands, including consumer goods, gaming platforms, media, entertainment, and financial services companies.
