Target Data, a Chicago, IL-based full-service performance marketing agency, acquired Social Fulcrum, a Boston-based social media agency that specializes in Facebook and Instagram advertising.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition deepens Target Data’s paid media expertise.
Social Fulcrum will become a business unit of Target Data, responsible for all Paid Social media execution. The entire Social Fulcrum team will remain in place and will be a center of excellence, supporting the broader Target Data organization.
Co-founded in 2013 by Andrew Krebs-Smith and Noah Freeman, Social Fulcrum is a paid social advertising agency specializing in large scale direct response campaigns for clients. It is the largest global spender on Facebook store-visit and offline conversion ads. The company employs 20 people.
