Upland Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: UPLD), an Austin, Texas-based provider of cloud-based enterprise work management software, acquired Kapost, a Boulder, CO-based content operations platform provider for sales and marketing.
The purchase price paid for Kapost was $45.0m in cash at closing, and a $5.0m cash holdback payable in 12 months (subject to indemnification claims).
Kapost will add to Upland’s Enterprise Sales Enablement and Customer Experience Management (CXM) solution suites.
Kapost provides a cloud-based content operations platform that unites revenue teams to streamline the content development process at scale.
