Notion Capital Raises $18M for Third Saas VC Fund

Notion Capital, a London, UK-based venture capital firm, disclosed a $18m raise as part of its third fund.

Per an SEC filing, Notion Capital III LP was subscribed by two investors. In 2015, Notion had announced the first close of this fund, at $120m, with a final target fixed at $150m.

Led by Stephen Chandler, Ian Milbourn, Chris Tottman and Jos White, Notion Capital is focused on investing in European B2B SaaS startups at Seed & Series A stage across Europe. Focus areas include FinTech, Digital Marketing & AdTech, Customer Management, Human Capital Management, Commerce Enablement, Dev Tools & PaaS, BI, Big Data & Visualisation, Cybersecurity and Productivity & Collaboration, IoT, E-Learning.

Portfolio companies include 4th Office, Adbrain, Apperio, Brightpearl, Currencycloud, Dealflo, DemystData, Duedil, Elevaate, FiveAI, Glofox, Glow, GoCardless, Idio, KisanHub, Mojn, MOVE Guides, NewVoiceMedia, Panaseer, ProFinda, Scoota, Shutl, Smartpipe, SmartUp, Star, StatusToday, Tradeshift, Triptease, Trustev, Unbabel, Vizolution, Volo, Wercker, and Workable.
