Copenhagen, Denmark-based private equity firm Via Venture Partners closed its third fund, at about $150m.
Equal investors in the fund were PFA and ATP.
The fund will continue to focus on investing in Nordic businesses within technology and services.
Led by John Helmsøe-Zinck, managing partner, Via Venture Partners invests in very large companies as well as in small and medium sized software, internet, technology, energy and service businesses while e.g. retail, pharmaceutical development, groceries and a number of other industries have not been in focus.
The funds already invested in very large companies like KMD, Neas Energy and Nets as well as in growth companies like Adform, Procom, UVData and EnviDan.
