Williams Sound, an Eden Prairie, MN-based provider of assistive listening systems, received subordinated debt and equity financing from Graycliff Partners, an independent investment firm focusing on middle market private equity and mezzanine investments.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the proceeds to grow operations.
Led by Paul Ingebrigtsen, President & CEO, Williams Sound is a designer, manufacturer, and marketer of professional wireless communication systems that are used to deliver sound and improve the hearing and communication ability of individuals in a variety of group or gathering situations. The company’s products are designed for those with hearing impairment in public assembly spaces as well as for all listeners in language interpretation and tours.
