Talon Innovations, a Sauk Rapids, MN-based designer and manufacturer of precision machined products, received an investment from middle market investment firm Graycliff Partners LP.
The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
Led by Greg Olson, Chief Executive Officer, Talon Innovations provides solutions-based product engineering services and is a supplier to the semiconductor industry, with products including gas delivery systems, face seal fittings, stainless steel weld fittings, diaphragm valves and custom weldments.
The company also has engineering and manufacturing capabilities to serve the medical contract manufacturing, oil and gas, aerospace and other industries.
It serves customers throughout the United States, Europe and Asia.
