Ancoa, a London, UK-based provider of contextual surveillance and analytics for exchanges, regulators, buy- and sell-side firms, closed a £4.145m Series A funding round.
Backers included Buysse & Partners, LRM Capital, SmartFin Capital, Velocity Capital and the management team as well as a number of high net worth individuals and family offices.
The company intends to use the funds to expand internationally, widen its presence and increase the team to 40 staff in total by 2016.
Founded in 2010 and led by Kurt Vandebroek, Chief Executive Officer, Ancoa provides contextual surveillance and analytics for exchanges, regulators, buy- & sell-side firms.
