Culture Amp Closes $6.3M in Series A Funding

cultureamp-logoCulture Amp, a Melbourne, Australia-based people analytics company, closed $6.3m in Series A funding.

Backers included Felicis Ventures, Index Ventures and Blackbird Ventures. In conjunction with the funding, Felicis Ventures managing director Wesley Chan, will join Culture Amp’s board.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate expansion of its platform.

Founded in 2011 by Didier Elzinga, Doug English, Jon Williams and Rod Hamilton, Culture Amp leverages know-how in psychology, statistics and user experience to create real-time data and insights into company culture through customizable and specialized surveys.
Customers include Airbnb, Uber, Pandora, Adobe, Pinterest and Warby Parker among others.

The company has offices in San Francisco and Melbourne.
