Keecker Closes Seed Funding

artwork-large-faceKeecker, a Paris, France-based company, closed a seed funding round of undisclosed amount.

Backers included business angels from the USA, Israel, Australia, and French angel investors Xavier Niel (Kima Ventures) and Jacques-Antoine Granjon.

The company intends to use the funds to finalize design and start production of its first product.

Founded by Pierre Lebeau in 2012, Keecker aims to free content from the small screen or plastic box and  make it accessible anywhere in big, to share real life moments. To this end, it is advancing an Android-powered device that projects, moves and broadcasts any content in big and high quality.
The company, which is also a graduate of Paris based association Réseau Entreprendrewill, will launch a global crowdfunding campaign later this year.
