Ahalogy, a Cincinnati, OH-based platform for Pinterest marketing optimization, secured $3.1m in Series A financing.
The round was co-led by Hyde Park Venture Partners and Origin Ventures with participation from CincyTech, Hyde Park Angels, North Coast Angel Fund and Vine Street Ventures. In conjunction with the funding, Brent Hill, partner, Origin Ventures and former executive at Twitter, Google and Feedburner, and Tim Kopp, former chief marketing officer, ExactTarget, and former executive at Procter & Gamble and The Coca-Cola Company, joined Ahalogy’s board of directors.
Led by Michael Wohlschlaeger, co-founder and CEO, Ahalogy helps companies scale engagement and sales results on Pinterest by optimizing brand content, employing a customized scheduling algorithm, and converting site visitors after the click.
Clients include KIND Healthy Snacks, Kellogg’s, HSN and other largest consumer brands.
The company has additional offices in New York City and Los Angeles.
