Graycliff Partners, a New York, NY-based middle market private equity and mezzanine investment firm, acquired a majority stake of 901D, a Tallman, NY-based provider of engineering, design, assembly and integration services for engineered, ruggedized consoles and protective enclosure systems.
The amount of the investment, which was made from Graycliff’s latest buyout fund, Graycliff Private Equity Partners III LP, was not disclosed.
The current owners, Serge Seguin and Aldric Seguin, will continue to be significant shareholders and members of the company’s Board of Directors.
Led by Frank Duvergne, CEO, 901D is a strategic subsystems engineering and integration partner for defense, aerospace, security and industrial systems integrators. It currently manages the testing and qualification of protective enclosure-based systems for over 120 active customers.
