Kapost Raises $5.6M in Funding

Kapost, a Boulder, CO-based content marketing software platform, raised $5.6m in funding.

Backers included new investors Lead Edge Capital and Floodgate and existing investor High Country Venture.

The company plans to use the new funds to scale the organization.

Co-founded by CEO Toby Murdock and CTO Nader Akhnoukh, Kapost provides marketing teams with a content marketing platform to structure every step of the process including planning and organization, production, distribution, and performance measurement. The solution offers tools to manage social, blog posts, eBooks, videos, etc., and includes an analytics suite.
The company has 100+ customers, including brands such as Intel, AT&T, Oracle, Allstate, General Mills, and Lenovo.
