MiSiedo, an Italian provider of an online and mobile reservation service for restaurants and bars, has raised 375k in equity funding.
Backers include Startup Alliance (which is the union of incubators NanaBianca, H-FARM and Boox), H-FARM founder Riccardo Donadon, and H-FARM partner Paolo Giovine.
Founded in May 2012 by 2Night, an Italian information and communication company for nightlife & entertainment, and H-FARM, where it is incubated, MiSiedo enables users to book their table via web or iPhone app and restaurateurs to visualize the reservations through an iPad app.
Led by CEO Simone Tamaello, the company currently has a database of 50.000+ restaurants and 3.000+ affiliated venues, covering Milano, Monza-Brianza, Venice, Treviso, Verona, Bologna, Bari, with Rome, Florence, Lecce and Pescara coming.
