Roncade, Treviso, Italy-based digital startup accelerator H-Farm acquired 100% of Nuvò, an Italian consulting services company which specializes in the digital transformation of businesses.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With this acquisition, H-Farm aims to reinforce its presence in the area of business services, integrating and increasing its current unit.
Nuvò, which has a team of almost 80 people and plans to close 2015 with a turnover of €10m, was founded in 2008 by Cristina Mollis. Mollis will now lead H-FARM Industry, the unit dedicated to the consulting services for the digital transformation of businesses.
