Dedagroup Stealth, a Trento, Italy-based tech company operating global fashion brands, acquired Zedonk, a London, UK-based provider of an online fashion management software platform used by more than 650 small fashion businesses.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Dedagroup Stealth will expand its offerings to small and startup fashion brands.
Led by Marcia Lazar, Zedonk provides brands with solutions including design and production management, stock inventory, purchase orders, style management as well as customer and supplier relations, with all data managed and protected in the Cloud.
Led by Mimmo Solida, CEO, Dedagroup Stealth provides a wide range of software solutions for the management of all the production and distribution processes for fashion products across multiple channels, which are used by large and medium-sized brands. Now, with Zedonk, the company will partner with smaller fashion companies, from the beginning of their growth trajectory right through to international expansion.
As well as complementary technologies, the two companies now have a significant presence in the UK through new headquarters in London.
