Convey, an Austin, TX-based active delivery platform, raised $10m in funding.
Backers included Silverton Partners, Techstars Venture Capital Fund, RPM Ventures, NextGen and others.
The company, which has raised $25.75m in total funding, intends to use the funds to expand product portfolio capabilities and add staffing in key areas including sales, engineering and client success.
Founded in 2013 and led by Rob Taylor, CEO, Convey provides brands with a software platform to take control of the customer delivery experience. The cloud-based platform aggregates and normalizes disparate data across carrier, retailer and customer systems, giving retailers the insights they need to make smarter decisions and the tools required to take action to improve the customer experience.
Customers include four of the world’s top ten retailers and an ecosystem of global carriers.
