Lotame, a New York, based provider of a data management platform (DMP), secured $15m in Series D funding.
The round was led by Sozo Ventures and TrueBridge Capital Partners, with participation from existing investors Battery Ventures, Emergence Capital Partners and RJ Finlay & Co.
The company, which has now raised a total of $44m, will use the financing to accelerate the development of its innovative real-time, cross-device data platform.
Led by Andy Monfried, founder and CEO, Lotame provides marketers, publishers and agencies with a platform to maximize the way they collect, unify, protect, and activate audience data to monetize it, create premium properties, target more efficiently, and drive higher campaign performance and revenue.
It is used by marketers and publishers worldwide including Trinity Mirror, Media Crossing, ESPN Australia, Wego.com, and SingTel.
