Ingenious Ventures, the London, UK-based private equity division of investment and advisory group Ingenious, is raising £10m for its second fund.
Media Opportunities Fund 2 EIS will open for subscriptions at the beginning of February 2013 with the closing date fixed on April, 5, 2013.
The minimum investment in the fund is £10k.
Ingenious Ventures, which successfully raised the first Media Opportunities Fund in 2012, specializes in backing companies across the media sector, including marketing services, ecommerce, publishing, broadcasting, gaming, live entertainment, music, fashion & design, and audiovisual content production.
Fund I has just invested in Property Network (read here) and Digital Theatre (read here).
