The Riverside Company recently acquired Alchemy Systems, an Austin, TX-based provider of software-as-a-service (SaaS) food and workplace safety training solutions.
Deerpath provided the financing.
The amount of the transactions were not released.
The company intends to use the capital and expertise of Riverside to grow operations.
Led by Alchemy CEO Jeff Eastman, Alchemy provides food and workplace safety training solutions for production workers to companies which need to increase productivity, reduce food safety incidents, and lower compliance risk.
The company serves more than 300 customers in the food manufacturing, processing, farming and retail industries.
