500 Startups Files with the SEC for $50M Second Venture Capital Fund

Last Friday, David McClure’s 500 Startups filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a $50m second venture capital fund (read here).

In a blog post, the firm said that Paul Singh and Christen O’Brien have been promoted to partners and Bedy Yang and George Kellerman have also joined as venture partners.

Mountain View, CA-based 500 Startups provides early-stage companies with funding ranging from $10K to $250K via seed investments, its startup accelerator program, and new micro-funds such as the Twilio Fund.
