Style for Hire Raises $1.075M in Funding led by Golden Seeds

Style for Hire, a New York-based national network of trained and certified personal stylists, has raised $1,075,000 in a round of funding led by Golden Seeds.

The company intends to use the capital to accelerate a national launch, and expand the stylist, partner and client bases.

Co-founded by Stylist-in-Chief Stacy London and CEO Cindy McLaughlin, Style for Hire is a national network of personal stylists, who provide in-home wardrobe advice and shopping assistance to clients.

In conjunction with the funding, Daphne Kis, Managing Director at Golden Seeds, has joined the company’s board.

  • The company launches nationwide, with 135 stylists in 24 key U.S. markets, including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco and Boston.
