Style for Hire, a New York-based national network of trained and certified personal stylists, has raised $1,075,000 in a round of funding led by Golden Seeds.
The company intends to use the capital to accelerate a national launch, and expand the stylist, partner and client bases.
Co-founded by Stylist-in-Chief Stacy London and CEO Cindy McLaughlin, Style for Hire is a national network of personal stylists, who provide in-home wardrobe advice and shopping assistance to clients.
In conjunction with the funding, Daphne Kis, Managing Director at Golden Seeds, has joined the company’s board.

The company launches nationwide, with 135 stylists in 24 key U.S. markets, including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco and Boston.
