OpenLogic Raises $2M

OpenLogic, Inc., a Broomfield, CO-based provider of enterprise open source software support, scanning and governance solutions, has raised $2m in new funding and converted existing bridge financing.

Backers include existing investors Pelion Venture Partners, Red Rock Ventures, Appian Ventures, OnCorps, Highway 12 Ventures and Village Ventures as well as new investors.

The company intends to use the additional capital to accelerate investment in its cloud solutions and partnerships with cloud infrastructure providers.

Led by CEO Steven Grandchamp, OpenLogic provides open source solutions that enable enterprises to safely acquire, support, and control open source software.
It provides commercial-grade technical support on over 500 open source packages, a web-based platform for open source governance, open source scanning solutions, and a library of certified open source software with security notifications.
